About This Project

This is a project for 5 custom build houses on the edge of Meldreth in South Cambridgeshire.  We have been involved in taking this scheme through a Permission in Principle Stage 1 application to establish the principle of development on the site, which was granted by the Council. We are currently working with the client on the submission of the Technical Details Stage 2, which will confirm the detailed permission for the site.
